These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Evolv+ mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Evolv+, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Evolv+ offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
All billing is handled by Apple. Evolv+ does not store payment information.
3. Use of the App
You agree to:
Use the App for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information
Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the system
4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Evolv+ provides fitness and nutrition content for informational purposes only.

Results are not guaranteed

5. Rewards System
Evolv+ may offer rewards based on user activity.
